Our Story
For nearly 50 years The Choppin’ Block has served The Lone Star State and since 1997 we have shipped thousands of packages nationwide and overseas. Many of our customers are lifelong friends that have grown up on our famous “REAL BEEF JERKY” and are now carrying on the tradition with their children.
Our jerky is made with the finest beef top round, hand sliced, seasoned and slow smoked to perfection. Whether you like it the old-fashioned way, like shoe leather, or have a taste for something tender and robust, we’ve got you covered!
